About Axl García
Axl García Díaz was born on November 21, 2001, in Salamanca, Guanajuato, Mexico.
From an early age, he developed a passion for music, particularly rap, after hearing the song "Dragon Ball Rap" by Spanish rapper Porta. Inspired by the genre, he began writing his first songs at the age of 10, although most of those early tracks were never officially released.
A few years later, while attending his second year of middle school, Axl met the brother of one of his classmates, who owned a small home recording studio. That opportunity marked the beginning of his musical journey, allowing him to record and release his first songs along with their official music videos.
At the age of 20, instead of pursuing a university degree, Axl decided to move to Guadalajara to fully dedicate himself to chasing his dream of becoming a professional artist. To support himself, he worked various jobs—including in coffee shops, warehouses, taco stands, and even street work—all while using his earnings to pay rent and finance the production of his music and audiovisual projects.
Over the years, Axl has built valuable experience within Mexico's hip-hop scene by performing at both local and national events. He has shared stages with and opened shows for renowned artists such as Santa Fe Klan, Yoss Bones, Under Side 821, Remik González, Richard Ahumada, Iluminatik, Carlos Blanco, Elie Tigre, El Pinche Brujo, Sid MSC, Kinto Sol, Kalako Parga, Dande, and many others.
Today, Axl continues to expand his career through collaborations with Los Trenes de México and Latomani Otra Vez, while remaining committed to growing as an independent artist and representing Mexican hip-hop through his music.
